Jeffrey Dean Morgan grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwestern town of Kirkland, Washington.

When Jeffrey was born, hometown newspaper The East Side Journal, reported that new home construction experienced "tremendous" growth in 1966.

Major Steps were taken toward the development of Marina Park. Construction plans were approved for both Ben Franklin Elementary and Rose Hill Junior High.
